How we research software

A useful claim needs a source, context and a clear limit.

1. Start with a need

We examine the task: generating a voice, editing a recording or estimating a budget. An editor and a voice generator can be parts of the same workflow without being direct alternatives.

2. Consult primary sources

We use official product pages, support documentation, pricing and public terms. Each profile includes sources and a research date. Reconfirm the final price, taxes and availability with the provider.

3. Distinguish research from testing

Current material is AI-assisted documentary research. We have not conducted comparative listening tests or obtained native-speaker validation. Scripts and calculations are illustrative. A future hands-on test will identify its script, model, settings, date and criteria. Translating an article does not constitute a fresh verification of its claims.

4. Explain limitations

Romanian support in one engine does not guarantee it in every feature. We assess transcription, translation, dubbing and voice generation separately. We do not award numeric scores without an applied evaluation method.

5. Keep revenue separate from conclusions

Commissions can fund the project but cannot buy a ranking. There are no paid rankings on this site. Revenue-generating links are labelled when activated.

6. Correct the record

Send us the page, claim and a source for a correction. We update information when we can verify the change. The research date records the last check, not a promise of real-time updates.
